Are you halfway toward your One-Year Vision? Do you have a One-Year Vision?

This might be the perfect time to reflect, reboot, and determine what you want your business or practice to look like by the end of the year. It’s not too late!

Here are some action steps that might help you.

What is your 30-Day Goal?

What do you want to get accomplished in the next month? Yes, revenues, or number of clients and accounts can be a part of the Goal, but is there something that you want to develop to make next months Goal easier? Do you need to hire someone? Scale something? Think big picture as you keep an eye on the end of year or perhaps your One-Year Vision.

How is your perfect workday organized?

If you can create the perfect day, week, month, what does that look like? Remember, the day should be structured to get the work done to hit your 30-Day Goal. Hint: Saying “no” to demands on your time that won’t get you to your 30-Day Goal is important!

Who are the Top 50 most influential (actual or prospective) referral partners or Centers of Influence that you have in your network?

The measure is to have a good to great relationship with them. I know 50 is a lot so begin with 10. As you network, look to potentially add to the list. The key is developing those relationships through monthly touch points as you focus on your Goal – and theirs!
